Shipping & Returns
We currently offer free 2-day shipping on all orders shipping within the USA. International shipping fees apply for non-domestic orders.
Orders placed after 4PM Eastern Time will ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 4PM Eastern Time on Friday will ship out on Monday.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with tracking details from our fulfillment center.
We hope that you are thrilled with the product you receive! However, we understand that there may be occasions when a customer isn’t 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, we offer free returns within 15 days of purchase.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Returned items must have all tags intact, and be returned in original product packaging. Protective plastic coating cannot be removed from shield.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Email us at Help@ShieldSociety.com. Subject line: Return. Include your name, email, order number, date of purchase, the reason for your return, and the condition of the item that you will be returning. Our customer service team will get back to you promptly with an RMA return label. Print the prepaid shipping label, and send all items back to us using the label provided.
Once your product is received in our warehouse and approved for quality, we will email you and issue a refund to your original payment method. A $14.99 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to appear in your account.
